Passionate, creative and loving of her craft, Monique Crews (MO) has been able to establish herself as a successful yet innovative hair stylist and business owner. While in high school she completed the cosmetology program. She then went to work as a shampoo assistant, a master stylist, and on to the business owner of Hair Velocity LLC. 

While she continued to grow a loyal clientele she pursued her dream of being an educator by working with Decca Plus over the next 5 plus years. With all of the education and knowledge obtained, Monique has been able to expand her craft to start her own product line, Hair Velocity Vibes; all while working with renowned woman such as Raquel Eatmon and Gloria James.Today Monique credits her education, mentors, and a few flaws along the way as the key to her success. Her passion for teaching her clients how to maintain a healthy scalp along with promoting hair growth and listening to their needs has given her the ability to provide unique services.
